The Company offers referral fees only when the individual refers a person who is hired for a full-time external employee position and individual referred was not in contact with the Company in the previous six months. Referral fees re only earned if the person referred successfully completes 30 days of employment and will be paid within 30 days of said completion of employment. Payment is contingent upon the person making a referral providing a completed W-9 form. Company has full and sole discretion to decide who has earned a referral fee and when a referral fee is earned, including but not limited to when multiple persons referred the same individual. This referral bonus program may be discontinued at anytime in the sole discretion of Company. Internal employees who have jobs relating to recruitment of individuals referred do not earn referral fees.
