Establishes relationships with existing clients to recruit, interview, market, and hire candidates

Ensure long-term relationships with clients and providers by maintaining communication and rapport

Respond to candidates' inquiries about contract job placement opportunities.

Determines the viability of a candidate for the position based on the essential characteristics of the position

Provide healthcare providers with the necessary licenses, credentials, board status, and skill level to be placed in clients' medical facilities

Provide references to clients and arrange interviews

Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates

Maintain databases regarding the status of potential candidates

Minimum of two-years’ experience in healthcare staffing

Experience in Locum Tenens recruitment

Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system

Professional level written and oral communications skills

A college education

Understanding healthcare needs, physician credentials, and client practices

Ability to project enthusiasm and develop rapport when speaking on the telephone

Ability to understand and compute profit margins

Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently

Ability to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processes
