Known for his global adventures and renowned status in Pacific Beach, CA, Ryan’s philosophy, "When you try something new, you live life to the fullest," resonates through his dynamic leadership and approach to talent acquisition.

With a 24-year nursing career spanning pediatric to adult care in prominent hospitals like Long Beach Memorial and UMass Memorial Medical Center. She now serves as Clinical Director with Astyra, playing a pivotal role in bridging clinical expertise with client needs, ensuring optimal placement and support of healthcare professionals in various settings.

As the Director of Credentialing & Compliance, Janice ensures our healthcare professionals meet all regulatory and quality standards. Her exceptional industry knowledge and thorough attention to detail play a vital role in maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence and service delivery.

Sasha plays a key role in streamlining internal processes, supporting payroll functions, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly across departments. Kelsey leverages her extensive experience in HR and recruiting to guide our team's talent development strategies. She played Division I women’s soccer at Michigan State, she knows what it takes to work as an efficient team. “Every good conversation starts with listening.”

Robert has over 15 years of recruitment and relationship building experience across multiple industries. Robert’s strong leadership abilities and dynamic personality are vital to Astrya’s locum tenens division. From a family of healthcare workers, he has a deep appreciation for the importance of matching a candidate with the right contract.

Kyra is Astrya’s Client Account Manager and a member of the recruiting team, where she's the go-to partner for both clients and providers. She brings a background in marketing and operations, including her previous role as Astrya's Marketing Operations Manager, where she helped build the company's online presence and streamline its credentialing process. She keeps client relationships running smoothly and connects the right talent with the right opportunities.

Michael MacLean, our Hawaii-based Account and Recruitment Manager at Astrya Global. With over 10 years of experience in recruitment and account management, Michael leads our efforts across the Hawaiian Islands, delivering top-tier talent for permanent and contract roles. A family man, Michael also enjoys hiking, golf, surfing, and live events.
